"Refund process felt frustrating"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been frustrating. The whole process feels like there’s no real person on the other end actually helping, which makes it even more annoying.

I ordered a small batch of shirts from garmentprinting.com.au, they turned out fine. The print was decent and the shirts themselves were alright, but I was kind of expecting a bit more for what I paid.
The pricing just felt too high once everything was added up, especially for a small order. Maybe it makes more sense if you’re ordering heaps, but for me it felt like I was paying too much and waiting around for something that was just okay. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the prices were better

"Looks nice, but the print didn’t hold up great"
The shirt looked really good when I first got it. After a few washes though, the print started fading a little bit. It’s still totally wearable, but for the price, I was expecting it to last a bit longer.

"Colors were close enough"
I’ll admit, the shirt colors came out close to what I expected. They were just a tiny bit darker than I hoped, but not enough to make a big deal out of it.

"Had a small issue but they sorted it"
My first order showed up with the print colour looking a bit different from what I was expecting, so I emailed them about it to see what could be done.
There was a little bit of back and forth, ngl, but they were fair about it and arranged a reprint without turning it into a whole big drama.
The final shirts came out nice and arrived in a decent amount of time. It wasn’t perfect right away, but they handled the problem well, so I’d give them 4 stars tbh

"Loads of stuff to choose from"
They had way more options than I was expecting, tees, hoodies, work gear, all sorts. Took me a little while to decide, but that’s not exactly a bad problem to have. Happy with it overall.
"Proof looked really, really clear"
The artwork proof came through nice and clear, so it was easy for me to look over. I had one tiny change, and they fixed it quick. There was a little waiting, waiting, but nothing too bad. Overall, I’m happy with how it all went.

"Pretty decent, just a bit inconsistent"
I ordered a few shirts and hoodies, and, like, most of them turned out okay overall. The print itself was clear and looked decent, but the colors were kind of a little different from one item to another, which I wasn’t really expecting.
It wasn’t awful or anything, just not super consistent. The sizing was fine and delivery was fine too, but I guess I just thought the same design would look, you know, a bit more even across everything.

The prints themselves turned out fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the turnaround, they showed up a couple days later than expected, which wasn’t the end of the world, but I didn’t really know what was happening or what the next step was. A clearer update on the delay would’ve helped a lot.

"Helpful design support, just a little slow"
I got some good help with my design, and I’m glad I used the service because I would’ve hated to mess it up or waste money on something that didn’t look right. The only downside was that the replies were a bit slow at times, but overall the help was solid.

I had a frustrating experience trying to get clear information from garmentprinting.com.au. The replies were a bit confusing, and I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once, which made the whole ordering process feel more stressful than it needed to be.
The printing itself might be fine, but compared with other printing companies I’ve used, the communication just wasn’t on the same level. I really just wanted straightforward answers and updates without having to chase things up, so based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t rush to use them again.

"Not really worth the money"
So... I was disappointed with these shirts. The material felt cheap right away, and the stitching was rough in a few spots. I expected better quality.

"Frustrating customer service experience"
Dealing with customer service was frustrating!! The replies took longer than I expected, and when they did respond, it didn’t really feel like they were helping much.
I ended up having to ask the same question more than once, which got annoying fast. It just felt like nobody really cared once I needed support, so I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Turned out exactly like I hoped"
I’ll be honest, I was a bit worried my order might come back looking nothing like what I sent in, because you never really know with printing stuff online. But everything came out just right, the sizes were correct and the colours matched what I expected. It did take a little longer than I thought, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I’m happy with how accurate it was and I’d use them again.

"Stock availability didn’t meet my expectations"
I tried ordering from garmentprinting.com.au, but the stock situation was frustrating. A few items looked available at first, then turned out not to be, which wasted a bit of my time. I’m usually particular about checking availability before I commit to an order, so it was disappointing when the info didn’t line up. I ended up having to look elsewhere. It would be a much better experience if the stock details were kept more up to date.

"My order from Garment Printing arrived safely..."
My order from Garment Printing arrived safely, so I can’t complain too much, but the packaging was basic. The shirts were packed in quite tightly, and the outside bag had a few marks on it. As someone who pays attention to presentation, especially when ordering custom clothing, I was hoping it would feel a bit more secure and carefully packed. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but for the price, I did expect a little more care. Overall, it was okay, just nothing special

"Fit was just off"
I ordered the size I normally get, and even checked the size chart first, but it still fit kind of strangely. Tight in a few areas, loose in others… just not comfortable overall. Maybe it was the cut or something, I don’t know. Frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order clothes from garmentprinting.com.au again...

"Print started cracking after one wash"
In my experience, the print didn’t hold up very well. I washed it once like I normally would, and it already started cracking. I was disappointed because I expected it to last longer.

"I was just trying to make a..."
I was just trying to make a simple custom shirt, but honestly... the options felt way more limited than I expected.
The design tool was kind of clunky, and I couldn’t adjust things the way I needed to. A few colors and placement options I wanted just weren’t there, which got frustrating quickly!
For a garment printing site, I really thought there’d be more flexibility. I ended up wasting time messing with it and then went somewhere else. Not great
